Getting Started

Set up the basics once, then keep daily logging fast.

Safety first

If your child has difficulty breathing, swelling of face or throat, persistent vomiting, or loss of consciousness, call emergency services immediately. Do not use the app to assess reaction severity.

What you need

  • iPhone or Android phone with the current app installed.
  • No account required for local use.
  • Google Drive only needed for caregiver sync on current build.

Create your baby profile

  1. Open the app.
  2. Add a name or nickname.
  3. Add date of birth.
  4. Confirm the profile.

Choose allergen region

  1. Pick the region used for the default allergen schedule.
  2. Treat this as record-keeping, not medical advice.

Log the first food

  1. Tap Log.
  2. Pick or add a food.
  3. Add notes if needed.
  4. Save.

Check allergen status

  1. Open Schedule.
  2. Review foods and reactions linked to an allergen.
  3. Use status as a record of what happened, not as a safety decision from the app.

Check Food Status

  1. After logging foods or reactions, open Timeline.
  2. Tap Food Status in the header.
  3. Review Avoid, Watch, In progress, and Logged OK groups.
  4. Treat Logged OK as a record label, not a medical safety decision.
